On behalf of the Palmetto Council, Boy Scouts of America, permit me to express our sincere appreciation to you for your support of Scouting throughout the Upstate region.  Over the past few years our partnership has continued to thrive thanks to friends like you and our more than 1,700 volunteer leaders and staff.

You will be pleased to know that local families are being impacted by Scouting's purposes of Character Development, Citizenship Training and Personal Fitness. We are also pleased to report that the Palmetto Council was recognized as the top performing council in South Carolina for our efforts to provide outstanding experiences while being good fiscal stewards of donor resources.

We are proud to share that our board of directors has initiated the first phase of a capital improvements plan for Camp Bob Hardin.  This proposal includes information about the first phase of improvements, project designs, and other campaign details. We hope that you will choose to support this worthwhile endeavor by making a capital gift.

You can be proud that your investment has and will continue to make a difference for the youth of today who will become the leaders of tomorrow.

Sincerely,

Greg W. Leitch
