The Family Friends of Scouting (FOS) campaign is designed to provide parents and leaders who are directly involved in the Scouting program the opportunity to learn how Scouting is funded and how funds are used in the Palmetto Council.  This is done at a 8 to 10 minute presentation conducted between January and April usually at a Pack Blue and Gold, Troop or Crew Court of Honor.  Anytime where parents and family members are gathered is a perfect opportunity to have an FOS presenation.

At the November Roundtable a Family FOS Kick-off is conducted to inform top unit leaders about the upcoming campaign and to schedule their unit presentation.
