The York District serves Scouting programs in York County and the Indian Land area of Lancaster County.

The Commissioner Staff Meeting is held at 6:30 pm on the first Thursday of every month at Grace Lutheran Church in Rock Hill (426 Oakland Avenue).

The District Roundtable is held at 7:00 pm on the second Thursday of every month at the First Presbyterian Church of Rock Hill (234 E. Main St.).

The District Committee Meeting is held at 7:00 pm on the fourth Thursday of most months. The exceptions are November which is held on the fifth Thursday, and December which is replaced by the District Banquet on the second Thursday. Regular meetings are held at Grace Lutheran Church in Rock Hill (426 Oakland Avenue).
