Mr. Art Harris, York Senior District Executive, has been granted early retirement from active professional service in the Palmetto Council, Boy Scouts of America. Art has served in both the Catawba and York Districts for the past seven years and as a camp director at Camp Bob Hardin for the past three summers. His service to Scouting during this time period has made a lasting impact on a generation of children.

We thank Art for his dedicated service and wish him well in his future endeavors. Art and his family will continue to make their home in Fort Mill, SC.
