Recently, two Scouts from Troop 277 in Rock Hill completed their Eagle Scout Projects. One projects was creating five flag retirement drop boxes around the City of Rock Hill. The second created a flag retirement plaza at Winthrop Lake. All Scout units are encouraged to use these projects and promote them in our community as we honor our American flag and help our community properly retire them.
