December 12 - Unit Card Orders Due

December 14 - Show N Sell Lottery

January 15 - Cards Distributed to Units (NOT ROUNDTABLE)

January 23 - 25 - First sale weekend

March 10 - Return Deadline for Unsold Cards - NOT ROUNDTABLE. THIS IS A TUESDAY (Units financially responsible after this date)

March 17 - Payment Due to Council

Rewards Day - TBD

Submit Unit Payment

Per Scouting America Policies Units must submit a Unit Money Earning Application for approval by their local Council before planning to fundraise individually as a Unit. This form is not required for Council planning fundraisers such as Popcorn and Scouting Adventure Cards.
